AriCléa OS Agency was founded by Justine Almaraz, a creative service provider and large studio owner with over 20 years inside the skin, beauty, wellness, and body-art ecosystem. She built this agency on a simple truth: the practitioners, specialists, and creatives who care most deeply for their clients are too often the ones left carrying the weight of every detail themselves.
The inquiries. The follow-ups. The reminders. The reputation. The systems that were never quite built to hold it all. After two decades holding it all, she knew there had to be a better way to run a business that exists to care for people, without the business quietly consuming the person running it.
That lived understanding is the foundation behind every brand, booking flow, and client-care system we build. We have spent years learning what works, what breaks, and where the gaps cost practitioners their time, energy, and revenue. What she stands for is simple: a business should support the life and the work of the person behind it, not quietly consume them.
This is an operating system, designed intentionally, for the businesses that exist at the intersection of art, restoration, and care, and for the founders who refuse to let the business eclipse the work they love.
